We want you to love your order from Ellie’s! If something’s not quite right, please review our return policy below before sending anything back.
Return Instructions
Returns must be shipped with the return form included on your invoice to:

Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all original tags attached
- Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received (no deodorant, makeup, or damage)
- If items do not meet these criteria, the return will not be accepted or refunded
- Returns must be received (not just shipped) within 14 days of the delivery date
- If received after 14 days, your items will be returned to you at your expense
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items
- Gift certificates
- Jewelry, bralettes, adhesive bras, and bandeau bras (due to health concerns)
- Items purchased using a discount
Refunds & Store Credit:
- All eligible returns will be issued as store credit through our website
- Shipping fees (original + return) are non-refundable
- We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking — we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Order Issues:
If your order is incorrect or you received a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
